The Philippine Journal of Development Communication (PJDC) (ISSN: 2012-2586) is an open access peer-reviewed journal published bi-annually by the College of Development Communication, University of the Philippines Los Baños (CDC-UPLB).

The College of Development Communication is the world-recognized pioneer in the study and practice of development communication.
